The Anita Gelato story began more than 22 years ago in a small family kitchen. Mama Anita and her youngest son, Nir, started preparing frozen treats for friends, neighbours, and anyone eager to try their homemade creations.
Nir prepared the gelato base, while Mama Anita made the jams mixed through each batch. Their shared love of flavour, quality, and experimentation produced the recipes behind the Anita Gelato experience.
What started in one kitchen grew into an international name with more than 160 locations. Today, Anita Gelato honours those beginnings through handmade gelato, carefully selected ingredients, signature jams, and recipes rooted in family tradition.
